Droolius 10 Year Anniversary

It has been 10 years since I started this blog. TEN YEARS! It’s hard to believe that I started blogging 10 years ago, sharing food photos and eating well along the way. This project that started to share my photography has turned into a huge commitment, spanning over a number of social media platforms over the years and it’s all been worth it. It has not been easy to keep up the blog and many challenges and changes over the years to maintain it. It’s here and here to stay.

A BIG thanks to all the supporters and readers of this blog and social media starting in Orlando way back when I used to cover the food truck scene, local restaurants and chefs. This all kick-started my food photography career to capture food festivals and events around the country, and even led to speaking at a few blogger conferences. That culminated in co-hosting Capture the Bite at Walt Disney World to share food photography with a group of talented photographers/bloggers/influencers. More importantly, the network of bloggers have turned into good friendships over the years that I’m truly thankful for.

Years may have passed, but I feel like I’m just getting started with my brand and goals. Teaching food photography, the apparel, the video channel, and much more to come. There are also plenty more food photos and videos that will make you drool in the future…

I’ve been celebrating the Droolius 10 year anniversary in the month of August, like I’ve been doing for the last 10 years. This year I ordered 10 Filipino Ensaymada from The Real Deal Bakery, a local Atlanta food artisan baking up some seriously delicious Filipino baked goods. Check out her Instagram and DM your orders. Throw back a few of these with a coffee to start or end your day. LadyDroolius definitely enjoyed these with me.  HUGE THANK YOU to LadyDroolius for all the years of support and putting up with my crazy food adventures! The Droolius brand and blog would not be where it is today without your continuous encouragement and support.

As always, support your local restaurants and food entrepreneurs! That’s been my mission and goal since day one.
