During the South Beach Wine and Food Festival weekend, I had a chance to catch up with Chef Fabio Viviani and film another video interview with him. Fabio was in town giving a cooking demonstration for Bertolli Olive Oil for a group of media at Casa Tua, located in Miami Beach. Chef Fabio showed us how he makes his gnocchi recipe, shared tips on how to use different types of olive oil, and some of us actually got to participate in rolling out the gnocchi dough (recipe and video in a future post).
Check out the video as Fabio and I discuss his Bertolli Olive Oil cooking demo, his new restaurant Siena Tavern in Chicago, a NEW upcoming cookbook Fabio’s Italian Kitchen, his web cooking show Ciao Chow!, and his use of social media.
