On August 31, 2013 Peterbrooke Chocolatier of Winter Park will celebrate International Bacon Day with its 2nd Annual Bacon Bash. Lots of bacon goodies will be dipped in their signature chocolate and the Chocolate-Covered Bacon will be one of the must-have sweet and savory treats to celebrate this day of bacon.

WHAT: Swine enthusiasts rejoice as Peterbrooke Chocolatier of Winter Park (“Peterbrooke”) celebrates International Bacon Day for the second consecutive year with its 2nd Annual Bacon Bash. The in-store event will take place on Saturday, August 31 from 12-4 p.m. at 300 South Park Avenue in Winter Park.
For one-day-only guests can experience bacon creations including:
• Chocolate-Covered Bourbon-Brined Bacon
• Classic Chocolate-Covered Bacon
• Bacon-Wrapped Jalapeno Poppers
• Bacon Chocolate Chip Cookies
• Pistachio Bacon Brittle
• Bacon Bites—chopped chocolate-covered bacon sold by the ounce
• Gelato with bacon toppings
