The soon to be open, Txokos Basque Kitchen, will be hosting a series of “Test Kitchen” dinners over the next month to prepare for the opening. The dinners will be held in the upstairs Apex Kitchen at the newly opened East End Market. Each evening will be an interactive dinner with owners, Chef Henry & Michele Salgado, and will include wine and cocktail pairings. Seating is very limited, only 10 seats available for each of the dates.

Chef Henry & Michele Salgado own the popular Spanish River Grill Bistro Latino in New Smyrna Beach. Chef Henry is a 2012 James Beard Award Semifinalist nominee. The new Txokos Basque Kitchen [cho-kos] will be utilizing the “market garden” in front of the East End Market for the restaurant as well as the abundance of local seafood from our Florida coasts. In addition, the restaurant will feature an interactive asador bar, Spanish wine list and craft cocktails.
