This was me in back in March 2014 at Carcar Market in Cebu, Philippines sampling from various Lechon stalls where they encourage you to try their lechon meat and crispy pig skin, for free. My friend/local chef took me around the market and we ended up ordering lechon ribs with cripsy skin. The BEST. Lechon!
