2018 Epcot Food & Wine Festival Menu Preview

The 2018 Epcot International Food & Wine Festival is quickly approaching and there’s several new food and drink menu items to explore. The festival goes for 75 days this year, from August 30th until November 12th, and features over 35 Global Marketplaces to entertain your hungry palate. Just seeing these new dishes has me very excited to attend the festival this year. 2014 Epcot Food & Wine Festival Menu Preview. 35 New Food Items!

The 2014 Epcot International Food & Wine Festival is coming up very soon and starts on September 19 and goes until November 10. The festival celebrates its 19th year and runs for a record of 53 days this year. With 25-plus international marketplaces to experience in Epcot’s world showcase, 35 new food items have been added, along with many new wines, craft beers, and beverages. That is a lot of new food and beverages to try!   (click image to enlarge) I recently attended a media event that let us sample some of the new food and drink items for this year’s festival. With the addition of Patagonia marketplace and the return of Puerto Rico, there’s more flavors to experience in Latin cuisine. Farm Fresh replaces last year’s Florida Local marketplace and the Hops & Barley marketplace gets all new food items. The food we tasted are just a few of the 35 new items for this year. 2013 Epcot Food & Wine Festival Intro & Droolius’ Top 5 Picks

This past weekend, the 18th Annual Epcot International Food and Wine Festival started its culinary celebration and will continue until November 11, 2013. That’s about seven and a half weeks of experiencing food from different countries from around the world, with wine and craft beers to consume as well. It’s certainly one of my favorite times to visit Epcot and there are always new dishes and beverages added every year to keep things fresh.   (click image to enlarge) Epcot admission is required to attend the festival and marketplace dishes/drinks have individual pricing. The general admission does include the Eat to the Beat Concert series and the events at the Festival Center may include culinary demonstrations, wine & beverage seminars, and more. Celebration Exotic Car Festival’s Food & Wine at Portofino 2013 + Ticket Giveaway

The Annual Celebration Exotic Car Festival is back for it’s 10th year and will be having its culinary celebration once again with the Food & Wine at Portofino. This will be the second year for the festival’s food and wine event at the Loews Portofino Bay Hotel at Universal Orlando on April 13, 2013. More than 50 restaurants, local and celebrity chefs, and wineries will be serving their best at this year’s event. Celebrity chefs Kevin Sbraga and Kenny Gilbert, from the Bravo TV’s show Top Chef, will be presenting dishes, as well as Hell’s Kitchen finalist, Dana Cohen. The festival is not only a weekend for exotic cars and gourmet food, but an opportunity to support local children’s charities with silent and live charity auctions. Droolius travels: Food Network South Beach Wine & Food Festival 2013

I just wanted to give a quick update about some upcoming event coverage from the Food Network South Beach Wine and Food Festival. I’ve been in Miami’s South Beach during the past weekend, attending events and taking many photos of food, wine, chef, and food personalities. I will be posting a recap from the events and sharing some fun event photos and stories.   (click image to enlarge) The photo above is from the final setup of the Grand Tasting Village, before the craziness of the event started. This area features chef demos, lots of food and wine sampling, and vendor booths to check out the latest gadgets from brands like KitchenAid. Book signings also took place here as part of the festival and they also had a tent just for buying cookbooks. 4th Annual Burgie Awards Food Festival in Ft. Lauderdale, FL – Event Recap

The 4th Annual Burgie Awards took place during the first weekend of February, featuring twenty plus food trucks and restaurants at this food lover’s event. This yearly food festival celebrates the favorites in South Florida food and features a variety of dishes and desserts, not just burgers. It was the first time the annual event has been held outside of the Miami area, with the crowds coming in at an excess of 5000 people in Esplanade Park in Ft. Lauderdale, FL.
