Fifth Annual Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic on Oct. 31 – Nov.1
The Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic returns for the fifth year to the Epcot Resort Area hotel from October 31 until November 1, featuring more than 40 food and wine stations; 10 food and wine seminars and the opportunity to meet the masters behind the culinary magic.
New to the festival this year is: a Beer Garden, Cheese Course seminar, Fine Art of Sushi and Sake seminar, hands-on Caipirinha seminar, Tequila University. Returning seminars include: pasta-making, Italian wines, modern mixology, beer, wine-blending and champagne. All seminars require separate tickets in addition to the causeway tickets, and space is limited.

This Pop-Up dinner is taking place inside Redlight Redlight and bringing Al Ruiz of Sushi & Seoul On The Roll food truck into the kitchen to cook with Chef Andy Bates.
Chef Andy Bates from Food Network UK (Host of Street Feasts) is in town on Thursday, November 6 and will be preparing a ticketed dinner with Al Ruiz of Sushi & Seoul On The Roll. Orlando’s own Brent Hernandez of Redlight Redlight will be brewing a tailor-made beer to pair with Chef Bates’ menu.
$20 gets you: 1/2 Scotch Egg, Cheese & Onion Pie and a Rare Roast Beef Yorkshire Pudding with arugula, horseradish cream and onion rings plus a pint of beer.
