Red Eye BBQ at Howl at the Moon

The Red Eye BBQ truck has a new location where it is serving on weekends. They will be parked at Howl at the Moon on International Drive serving their barbecue menu to the dinner cowd and late night party goers on evenings. The new location will actually have a server who will be taking orders inside Howl at the Moon and providing their patrons with the full menu from the food truck.

This location also adds outdoor seating for those coming to eat at the food truck. People are welcome to park behind the venue and eat their meal at a seating area right in front of the food truck. Then they can go inside for some live musical entertainment and grab some more Red Eye BBQ before they head home.

The new feature for Red Eye BBQ at this location is a server who will be taking orders and serving the food inside Howl at the Moon. This adds a good element to food truck service and is the first I have seen of its kind in Orlando.

Big Daddy Burger – Cheese burger, mac & cheese and pulled pork
This is one good looking burger. Who wouldn’t like a cheese burger with pulled pork AND mac & cheese? I still have yet to try one but luckily I spotted a friend in line who ordered one and let me take a photo of it. I will try this next visit and I’m sure it will be a winner.

Texas Toast Grilled Cheese w/ Pulled Pork
The menu has the Create Your Own Texas Toast Grilled Cheese where you are able to take different menu items and combine them into a grilled cheese sandwich. So being a lover of pulled pork I created a Texas Toast Grilled Cheese w/ Pulled Pork. This was my dinner this evening and it was awesome. Grilled cheese and pulled pork is a great combination, full of flavor and goes well with the texas toast. Maybe I will try it with brisket next time and add mac & cheese. So many possibilities with the Create Your Own Texas Toast Grilled Cheese. Let us know your favorite combination.

Red Eye BBQ’s new location at Howl at the Moon adds something new to the food truck scene here in Central Florida. A server for the venue’s patrons and an outdoor seating area is only makes this food truck’s service more convenient for Red Eye BBQ customers.

Howl at the Moon is located at 8815 International Drive Orlando, FL 32819
