Another year of food blogging is in the history books and today is the Droolius 4 year blog anniversary. Many things to be grateful for and I’ve enjoyed sharing my food travels with you all. Food and travel from L.A. to Manila to Tokyo, lots of food photos and travel stories to still share here. I’m always sharing the food on the @Droolius Instagram for daily updates, so find me there if there is a slow down on the blog.
I celebrate every blogiversary with food and this year I wanted to make it even more epic. I went to one of my favorite places to eat, the new Shake Shack in Winter Park, and ordered what I call a “SmokeShack Quad Burger”:

The “SmokeShack Quad Burger” is a custom order that is a SmokeShack burger (cheeseburger topped with applewood smoked bacon, chopped cherry pepper and ShackSauce) but with four meat and four cheese, all under one bun. It was a lot of meaty and cheesy flavor, and I enjoyed every bite of it! Well, to make you guys feel better and not worry, I did share this burger with my food partner, OD. She tried to finish her half and I definitely finished my half of the burger, plus whatever was left over. I think I could have eaten the whole thing, but she wouldn’t let me. Basically it’s like eating two Double SmokeShack burgers, with less bread, and very possible to finish. Would you try to tackle this burger by yourself? Let me know in the comments below.
Cheers to another year of food blogging and traveling for food. I’m celebrating all day, not only for the blog, but also because it’s my actual birthday today. Thanks to you all for stopping by and checking out all of the food photos, event coverage, and food destinations. You will only see more food and travel posts to come.

Congrats on your anniversary, and Happy birthday! I don’t think I could do the quad – too much meat for me. But the SmokeShack is my fave burger of theirs, so maybe a double.
Thank you for the birthday shout! Yes, a double Smokeshack is one of my favorites 🙂
